Who am I?

I'm Evan Cappon, the Calgary Ring Finder. I am a native Calgarian and expert metal detectorist. What started as a hobby has become so much more.  It began with one find and one smile. I realized right then that I derived great joy in helping others that have experienced a personal loss.

Every search is an adventure and a challenge. With dogged determination and detailed detective work, I have found lost rings and items in snow, grass, water, homes and vehicles. I have a continuously expanding set of skills and tools that I can use to locate your missing item.

I recognize that many lost rings and other items have great sentimental value and are irreplaceable. No matter what their cash value, they need to be found. When they are found, the relief and joy is immense. I love being a part of those moments when they happen.

Call me as soon as possible to discuss how The Calgary Ring Finder can help you find what is missing.

If you are still not sure, click on the "Successes" tab or find me on TheRingFinders.com to see a portfolio of previous finds and searches.

Lost Item Recovery

Snow, grass, water and sand will all swallow up lost rings and personal items leaving you in a bad spot. Outdoors and indoors, an object will disappear.  Whether it is an item of jewelry, your keys, phone or anything else, getting it back means relief from stress and financial burden.  I primarily use a metal detector but I have many other tools available to use in the search and recovery of your missing valuable.

Metal Detecting Services

I can help you find all kinds of hidden or lost items. Property markers, shut off valves, caches, and other metal items can be located using a metal detector. You can rent one but experience with it is critical.  Save yourself the frustration of learning the machine, save yourself the time required to rent and return it and remove any uncertainty.  Contact me for advice and/or metal detecting services.
